1. WARRANTY
We Offer a 12 Month full Warranty to all our products. The warranties gives are valid from the time of Delivery.
2. RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from EX UK ELECTRONICS. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your order for any reason, at any time within the first 7 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Policy works when a product is returned due to a itch. If the problem is Solvable, we'll fix and Re-Deliver the product in a mint condition. Otherwise if it's beyond fixing, we'll do an Exchange. This is only available within the first 14 days from the time of Delivery.
4. REFUND POLICY.
Refund Policy works when a product bought from us is found to have a itch. The customer then decides to File a Refund. Once the item is received back and the complain made is confirmed as previously stated by the buyer, he/she will be issued a REFUND of his original payment within 3 days. This service is only valid within the first 7 days from the time of Delivery.
